1. Enquiries and photos

Your request can include your name, phone number, service, postal code and job description. Email and address/unit details are optional in the quote form.

The form prepares a draft on your device. It does not send the enquiry automatically. Choose WhatsApp or email, attach any photos or documents there, and press Send in that app.

Share only details needed to understand the job. Information sent by phone, email or WhatsApp is received through those communication services.

2. How we use your information

Enquiry and job information is used to answer questions, assess the request, prepare a quotation, arrange work, manage payment and handle follow-up or workmanship concerns, as applicable.

We do not sell your personal information. Separate permission will be sought before using identifiable customer or job photos for public marketing.

3. Sharing and service providers

Information may be handled by people assisting with your enquiry or agreed service, and providers supporting business communications and website operation, only where needed for those purposes or as required by law.

Google services, WhatsApp and your email or phone provider have their own privacy practices. Opening their links can share technical information with them; sending a message shares the content you send. Providers may process information outside Singapore. Overseas transfers arranged by us must meet applicable PDPA requirements.

4. Storage, protection and retention

Personal data is to be protected with reasonable safeguards and access limited to people who need it for the relevant purpose.

Enquiry and job records are kept only for as long as reasonably needed for the enquiry, work, follow-up, legitimate business needs or legal requirements. Records no longer needed should be securely deleted or anonymised. The period can differ between a general enquiry and completed-job or payment records.

5. Requests and consent

You may contact us to request access to or correction of your personal data, or withdraw consent for a use that relies on consent, subject to applicable law.

Explain your request and provide enough job or enquiry details to locate the record. Proportionate identity checks may be needed before information is released or changed. We will respond within the applicable legal requirements and explain relevant limits or consequences.

Withdrawal does not undo earlier lawful handling. Some records may still need to be retained for legal or legitimate business reasons. If a use is necessary to provide a requested service, withdrawing consent may affect that service.

6. Analytics and privacy choices

Optional Google Analytics is off until you allow it. When allowed, it helps measure website visits and usage. Quote-form and request-draft pages are excluded from this website’s analytics.

A browser preference remembers your choice where storage is available. The owner Projects login uses an essential session cookie, separate from optional visitor analytics. Essential navigation and contact functions remain available when analytics is off. Changing this choice does not erase information already lawfully received.

Google Fonts is used to display the website typeface. Font requests may share technical information with Google, independently of optional Analytics. Website hosting can also involve technical request logs used to operate and protect the site.

7. Data protection enquiries

For a privacy question, complaint, access/correction request or consent withdrawal, use our existing business contact and mark the message “Data protection request” so it can be directed to the person responsible.
